ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Through innovative engineering-backed solutions and technologies, CEMS reduces the overall energy consumption of any property portfolio, on a project-by-project basis, and delivers long term cost savings.

Our Energy Management services start with an evaluation of how a building and its assets are being utilised. Followed by a Preliminary Review identifying deliverable energy efficiencies and what needs to be undertaken to achieve the specified results.

ENERGY OPTIMISATION

As energy prices continue to rise globally Energy Optimisation has become one of the most common discussions in the building industry.  Our controls are systematically applied using best practice engineering and a robust building control strategy, resulting in significant savings. Our energy optimisation projects also typically deliver a 2.5-year Return on Investment. 

 

With a range of flexible models to suit our client requirements CEMS offers a control strategy and turn key solutions which include design, installation, monitoring and finance using an Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) model, measured and verified through the International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IMPVP).

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

The scope of a Facilities Management provider is to deliver an efficient service, in line with a buildings demand, and within a specified budget.  CEMS FM implement a BCM strategy; a tailored maintenance strategy, specific to the building and its assets on a project-by-project basis.

Through our CAFM platform 'GoConnect' and the implementation of IoT technologies we have the capability to monitor building elements such as BMS, lighting, HVAC, CCTV, access control, fire systems and capture meter readings for electricity and water.  

​In addition to this 'GoConnect' provides real-time dashboards and reporting, enabling the Facilities Management provider and building owners to manage performance.  The 'GoConnect' mobility function enhances communication between an operational team and the front-end customer and provides real-time status updates on tasks.

BUSINESS CENTERED MAINTENANCE (BCM)

​Business Centered Maintenance is a new way to deliver an efficient Facilities Maintenance service, whilst reducing overall service cost.


BCM takes into account Asset life cycle, Energy optimisation and Task Force Management to ensure that the right skill sets are available to deliver a Maintenance Strategy, reviewed against building asset condition and use, and predictability within maintenance and financial forecasting over a 5-10-year building life cycle.

BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (BMS)

CEMS Directors have over 40 years' experience in Building Management Systems. Our BMS define building strategies, enabling optimal performance in Energy, comfort and use, and intelligent innovative solutions resulting in considerable cost and energy savings, whilst enhancing the building environment.


Our IoT platform 'GoConnect' is designed for BMS Smart Integration, providing the most advanced Integrated Communication Technology through an IoT Gateway and Integration Software. Any existing system including BMS can be connected to 'GoConnect's' IoT Integration Platform, which meets all the requirements of any building communication.

HYBRID POWERED MICRO GRIDS

CEMS has its own hybrid power generation sizing and optimisation tools.  These design the entire power transmission and distribution system, based on thorough simulations of different consumption scenarios.


We provide a variety of Solar solutions, including the ability to install Micro Grids.  These Micro Grids can be delivered on or off grid to a range of facilities, such as villages or newly built-up residential areas, public-private industrial estates, special world-heritage sites and tourism-zones with hotels and resorts.

SOLAR PV

CEMS designs, installs, and maintains Solar PV stations for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural buildings. Our Solar PV stations align with both local and international protocols. 


Solar PV is ideal for industrial users of electricity, and for users looking to stabilise their energy consumption costs, or who require greater reliable sources of power supply. Especially those who are off-grid and currently dependent on diesel generators, where they are facing the logistical challenges of the diesel supply chain in their area.
